Old dalmatian stonehouses are architectural magnificence. Often, they are left and not used any more. To let them become a stone ruin is a great pity, because they have big potential. Do you own a stonehouse, or a stone ruin on your property? We rebuild / renovate your ruin and let it become a cosy holiday home.

  1. You present us your stonehouse / your ruin

  2. If there is enough potential in it, we will rebuild or renovate it, or we can buy it if you don’t need it any more.

  3. We rebuild/renovate your stonehouse and rent it out on our online platform

  4. Meanwhile, you do the rental service for the bookings in the „all new stonehouse“ as also surrounding work and gardening

  5. Due tot he resulting rental fee, you are able to amortize the given investment and get a „all new cosy stonehouse“ back
